Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australia consumer law because we want you to be able to shop with confidence.

Change of Mind

Goods in their original condition can be returned for any reason and can be exchanged for store credit or a full refund provided that: 

• You return the item within 30 days
• You can produce the original receipt of your purchase from Muscle Protein
• You can cover costs to transport or ship the item to any store location
• The item is in resalable condition (see below points to see what is considered a 'resalable condition' 

1. No part of the seal has been broken or damaged
2. The product packaging is not damaged
3. If the product is a clothing item or accessory it has not been worn or used 
4. The product is not expired 

If the requirements are not met then Muscle Protein reserves the right not provide an exchange for store credit or refund. 

Other Returns

Muscle Protein will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange of store credit or refund where: 

• The product is faulty, or
• Incorrect products where shipped, or
• The product item has a satisfaction or refund guarantee, or
• The product does not match the description, and
• You can produce the original receipt of your purchase from Muscle Protein

Products can either be returned in person or shipped to any store location. Products that are being shipped need to be shipped via Australia Post.

Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

Muscle Protein reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the goods returned prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.

Please note that:

• Your original Muscle Protein receipt is the only acceptable form for proof or purchase
• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash
